I am havi g difficulty in accesssing a SA with HMRC.
I have a Utr and password but keep going around in circles and cannot access the actual form.
Any advice on how to do this ? Or is there someone local to Quesada that can do this on my behalf?

Hi I have just done my wifes SA online easiest way is to write all the info out first then complete online forms a link that may help is https://www.gov.uk/log-in-register-hmrc-online-services. With your user no & password you should get into the right place, I'm no expert but if you do have probs PM me, deadline for completion is looming mind.

Don't confuse your UTR with your username. Not the same thing at all.

Are you using this link to sign in:

https://www.tax.service.gov.uk/gg/sign- ... e=/account

The old "Government Gateway" link is no longer available for Self Assessment, so if you're using an old link that could be why you're having difficulty?

Also, if you're Resident in Spain, you're not allowed to submit your Self Assessment online, you have to print off the forms, complete them and then post to HMRC. So I complete the online form, using the online tools to do all the calculations for me, then print them off (without pressing "Submit"!) and transpose the information onto the printed forms.
