It is a bit of a minefield but there are local registered taxis that don't wait at the airport and need to be pre-booked to collect from the airport. I would hope that if any of those who don't have a larger vehicle would give contact details for one that does.

It is always prudent to check that a taxi is registered, which is one of the reasons we are trying to make it easier by compiling the list on the link shown below. However, it isn't always easy to tell sometimes when there is only a phone number as contact, so we have added a caveat to the effect that before making a booking it is advisable to confirm that the taxi is legally registered. If in doubt check with the local town hall.
