Chess ?

Hi, recently moved here.

Big chess fan - play online all the time , but wondered if there’s any ‘over the board’ games going on anywhere with actual people!?

Most people don't want to play close contact games at the moment, wonder why?

Obvs at the moment it’s probably not on, but when things are back to normal are there chess clubs around? Language isn’t a barrier in chess so I’m sure there must be places to get a game?

Yep, clearly not the best time at the moment .
But are you saying there are, or there should be, games on?

I believe there is a chess club at dominos bar, Los Altos , you can enquire via their Facebook page
