Can anyone tell me if there are any soft play centres or something suitable for an 18 month old around the Quesada area.

Lizarran in the Consum area is very popular with the Spanish families and nice Tapas and meals for the adults & children too - Soft play area upstairs (not sure about the suitability for 18 months age but you could go and have a look to see what you think) :
