Looking for a sauna to help clear sinuses

Are there any saunas over here that you can just use. Back in the Uk, my local squash club had one and it was just nice to finish my exercise workout in the steam room. Thanks in anticipation.

Try the hotel La Laguna, i'm sure they have one.

The Los Angeles Restaurant in Torrevieja have barrel saunas and a swimming pool.

Another shout out for Hotel La Laguna. They have both saunas and steam rooms that I think would help. Not too expensive either.
