Real Ale

Real Ale

Postby Alan A » Fri Nov 11, 2022 3:24 pm

Hi All
We are lucky enough to be heading off at the end of this month to spend 3 winter months in Quesada.
Really looking forward to it but thinking I may well miss the occasional decent pint of British real ale.
Any suggestions on keeping this old man happy - cafe / bars / restaurants?
(answers in relation to the above only, please [IMG]https://www.talkquesada.com/images/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif" %20alt=";) )

Cheers
Alan

If you haven't found it already, you will be very happy at Triple Brew in Rojales (next to the Sabadell Bank or round the back). They have by far the widest selection of beers in the area including their own 'home brews'. Follow their Facebook page for updates: https://www.facebook.com/TripleBrewEspana

Whilst agreeing about Triple Brew, there is also Another Planet Brewing. This is a British real ale brewery in Torre Pacheco, about 40 mins drive south, and provides several ales and does brewery visits. Its draught beers are yet to reappear in Quesada following covid. I would also recommend a trip to Valencia where there are several real ale breweries / pubs the best of which, to my mind, is the Portland Brewery.
