Sunday Jam that used to be at The Country Club

Sunday Jam that used to be at The Country Club

Postby HelenOfford » Thu Sep 30, 2021 8:15 am

We are over here for first time in 18 months, it’s so lovely to be back. But we used to go to the Sunday Jam session on a Sunday Afternoon at The Country Club. I hear the Jam has moved to somewhere else does anyone know where? And also if there are any live band music taking place locally in the next couple of weeks?
Thanks
Helen

Yes, The Jam is at the square every Sunday, 2.30-5.30. You need to get there early to get a seat as it’s very popular. The Jam Tarts are at the square on Wednesday evening (a one off) 8-11. Live music at The Marquee Bar tonight with Tony Marsh 7.30-10.30, playing his acoustic guitar and singing. Carol

I'd read a couple of Months ago that due to some complaints and the authorities getting involved it was postponed until further notice . . .

There is one at El Rincon De Sam in Torre near the Hospital turnoff on a Friday around 2pm . . .

That’s such a shame, really enjoyed the Sunday Jam. It was great at what is now Lake View. So bad we can’t enjoy outdoor live band music.
