Maybe a bit far but on a Monday and Friday 10 - 12 they have social tennis, it's 3 euros and normally there are 6 - 20 players who turn up. There are 4 courts and your games are arranged for you, you get to play with the rough and the smooth. At the Cabo roig roundabout turn left heading towards the sea, take the 2nd turning on the left, go straight down and turn left at the bottom, there you will find the tennis courts and bar/restaurant. Best to turn up 10-15 mins earlier so games can be arranged and you can introduce yourself.

Try contacting Steve Durie. He has run group sessions at Guardamar, Montepiedra and Campoamor over the years so phone him for the latest details on 635061439. Other groups play at Cabo Roig and La Zenia and if you meet people at Steve's groups you may find more.
