Basic Self Defense Classes for Ladies Starting 3 OCT

BASIC SELF DEFENSE CLASSES FOR LADIES OF ALL AGES

The classes will be fun, entertaining, exercising and engaging.

This is a 6 week course for 40 Euros. This will encompass all classes and paperwork for each class. Weekly classes will be approx 1 hour long and will start with a basic set of warm up exercises.


Classes being taught by people with over 20 years of Martial Arts experience.
