Alicante airport

Does anyone know of any airport check delays,do we need to get to airport earlier?

Expected queues at Immigration control

Please be aware we are expecting longer queues at Immigration control points across European airports.

We therefore strongly recommend that you allow extra time for your journey through the airport to be able to get to the gate on time.

I fly weekly and there has been no issues either coming into Alicante or out of Alicante. The media people are referring to addresses major airports such as Madrid etc. In fact when I flew back from Alicante to UK yesterday it was really quiet !!! If you give it the standard 2 hours you'll have "bags" of time !
