3 bedroom bungalow for rent in la herrada los montesinos close to shops and bars and very good local Spanish schools and large enclosed garden and large solarium.
500.euros per month.

I presume water and electricity are extra;also how long is the rental period and is it rrenewable?
Would our cats be a problem? They only come in for food.

Yes water and electric are extra but community charge is included.
Cats not a problem.rental would be renewable.

Hi my husband & i are looking to rent from February 2018 for 3months we have two well behaved small dogs how are no trouble , we are coming to buy a property hopefully..Many thanks Katielou
