Most mobile phones instructions are very similar, go to Settings, scroll down to sounds and you should be able to adjust volume there. Also just check around the edges of the phone for concealed buttons that also might increase the volume.

The phone shop up by Gama in Quesada, near the La Vida bar, should be able to sort you out, they are very helpful.

The guys in the Computer shop in Quesada (Behind the Sabadell Bank), Avd De Las Naciones are very very helpful. Pop in and see Paul or John. Would recommend them every time.
