Standard of installation and workmanship in most cases is abysmal .

I agree that they initially used cement and then returned to tarmac it but that does not seem to happen now and many of the strips have sunk. Also they ripped out all the yellow bollards out which stopped the bins from rolling down the hill. Not seen one replaced.
