Could just want a reset get a wooden toothpick and look for the AV port on the box, take the mains adapter plug out push the toothpick in and hold it in then put back the mains plug then release the toothpick

I have just bought a netbox from Harry in Lo Marabu. Cost 199€ no monthly fees.
Working just fine, have watched TV series, movies and live F1 and football.
