MOVING TO MONTEBELLO

Its seems that a lot of properties for sale on this urb at what looks like reasonable prices compared to other areas close by eg. lo crispin, monte Azul and many areas of Quesada.

Is this due to the lack of facilities like bars, shops, restaurants - which are in abundance in the above mentioned areas?

I wouldn't exactly say there was an abundance or bars, shops and restaurants in Lo Crispin or Monte Azul.

I have friends who live there. The place is nice, but nothing to do, shopping, bars, restaurants, etc. Visit my mates who are moving, cos it's too far away from anywhere, you need transport! I live I Quesada and defo wouldn't live in Monte, sorry, Just my thoughts!

Nothing like a bit of encouragement!!

Have a drive around many of the urbanizations and there are lots with no shopping, bars and restaurants on their doorstep. Many people are quite happy living like that and indeed prefer it .... They also enjoy the freedom that their own transport gives.

Horses for courses. :D

Hi all

We are buying in Montebello and should be over in May to start living there permanently.

During our visit this week we were welcomed at both bars and are looking forward to going back ASAP.

We were told about the local school for our 9 year old daughter but carefully forgot to ask what the school is called so we can try and enroll her. Could someone tell us please?

Thanks

Grant and Paula
