Advice please on how to prevent gas water heater from cutting off after 3/4 Minutes Gas is ok new batteries installed and flue is clear
Boiler less than 6 months old

Try the heat recognition probe make sure it’s tight and clean but to be honest I wouldn’t mess with gas if you’re not sure better safe than soory

YES AGREE WITH RMG. GET AN APPROVED CERTIFIED EXPERT.
USUALLY WHEN CUTTING OUT, IT COULD MEAN A FAULT,
A SIMPLE REASON COULD BE THE THERMOSTAT CONTROLLER IS SET FAR TOO LOW, OR IT IS FAULTY.
BUT BE SAFE.
