Sorry to throw a spanner in the works but I believe that the best market in this area on a Thursday is at La Marina urbanisation. It never gets too crowded and we always feel comfortable when browsing the stalls. I would never go to Guardamar market again as it was so crowded that you could not stop to browse and there is a danger of pickpockets operating there especially in the summer.

There's a danger of pickpockets operating in every market everywhere and it's wise to always stay aware of that and watch what we carry around with us.

12 midday and 1pm from outside Mercadona in Rojales and from behind the town hall where the main bus stops are.

On the previous page someone said they thought the times had changed to 12 and 12:45 coming back. We will play it safe and go for the midday one.

Yes good idea. Always best to get there early anyway.

The town hall will have the up to date times (also the Municipal centre in Quesada)
