Not receiving daily emails

No daily email today, 10 days now since we received the last one,HELP ALEX.

Missed one - others are being sent to my Junk mail.

Hi Alex, still no daily email nearly 2 weeks now, have checked junk & trash & they are not there,help please,we have 3 devices they normally go to, but not receiving them at all,hopefully you can sort it, we are receiving other emails no problem

We have checked and the emails are definitely being sent to you but I think they might be going into your junk folder. This is a problem we are having at the moment and will hopefully be fixed soon, in the meantime please mark the email as "not spam" and add the email address to your contacts

I haven't received them for months now. They definitely don't go into my junk folder and I've tried everything to receive them and contacted admin about it a long time ago, followed the instructions I was given to rectify the problem, to no avail. So, I've given up.
