Feb Iberdrola Bill?

I haven't received an online Electric bill since January.
I get billed monthly.
Does anyone know if somethings changed, or perhaps its just late?

I know what ours is but only from accessing it on line. I haven't had an email yet and ours was dated 28th and ran up to 26th. Not sure if there is standardisation on billing daters so everyone is the same.

January 25th was the last time we received a bill and they have been issued on a monthly basis since last June( switched to smart meter), so we're also wondering why the delay? I'll leave it another few days then give them a call. Was just curious to see how much we used running the air con as heating units over that period.

We got ours on 24th Feb for the period 22/01/18 - 21/02/18.

We get ours 2 monthly but always have received it on the 6th. This time it was late, didnt get the email bill until the 14th so over a week late.

Same situation. Our last one was January 25th also.
We are in the UK for a few weeks so I probably wont give them a call just yet.

Any updates would be appreciated.

When the bills covered a 2 month period, the billing dates were never consistent, so when we switched to smart meters and monthly billing, I thought (hoped!) this would be corrected, but since October last year the subsequent monthly bills have been for 20 days, 34 days, 30 days, 36 days, 29 day and 30 days, the final one covering the period from 28 Jan to 26 Feb. Now that meter reading can be done remotely and doesn't rely on a meter reader going to each property, I'm at a loss to understand why the billing period can't be standardised....... :?

My bi monthly bill arrived a few days ago as usual billing period up to 1st March
