No, Spain does not have digital radio so you'd be wasting your money.

I get all the digital radio stations through my satellite TV, especially rock stations.

You might have a look at a WIFI radio, 8000 stations, including all uk ones and 10 preset buttons.

Another options are Spotify, Apple Music and such. For a low monthly cost you will have access to all kinds of music. Lists you make yourself, radio or other playlists based on genre. Get a cheap phone for only streaming and connect to a speaker or home entertainment system. You can control it with any phone on the same wifi network.
