I'm sure there might be more, can't believe in the space of a couple of weeks what happens here, lots of activity in new Boulevard as well, as has been stated on this forum before.

Makes an interesting walk, spotting the changes.

There will be more changes, vista lounge & the terraza bar are/were both on the market earlier in the year, seems high rents & lack of footfall, particularly in the cooler months, are taking their toll. I just hope these places do get new owners soon & the "new" boulevard next door fill all the units in time for summer.

Oscars is up for sale.

That's a shame, Oscars was the first place that we drank coffee when first arriving in Quesada. Sitting there on a beautiful February morning, sun streaming down, while we planned our move from UK will always be a happy memory. Hopefully the new owners won't change it too much.

Vista Lounge already sold and open on the 15th.

The new rumour on the block is that it is to become another Old Don Carlos bar.
The reason being is that when the improvements to the High Street are done and dusted
tables & chairs will not be allowed out in the road anymore. We'll see.

I spoke to the owners of Oscars yesterday and they have asked me to let the forum know:-
That Oscars is not up for sale.

They have a lease for at least another couple of years so they are going nowhere soon.
The confusion may be the For Sale signs above the entrance.

The area above the block is up for sale and has been for a number of years, but of course The owners want far to much money.
