Can anyone advise who to use for community admin? Thankyou

They’re very good, and efficient, but they’re based in Playa Flamenca which probably isn’t what you’re looking for if your community is near Quesada.

I too can highly recommend Salome at Gabinmer, based in Rojales near Mapfre and BBVA.

We had 2 other community Administration companies who didn't work out in the early stages of our community but for the last 8 years or more we have used Servigest

They have been very efficient with no trouble. They have a brilliant website with client access and good communication. The meetings are minuted in English and Spanish and so is all correspondence.

I would recommend them and we are based in Quesada.

Our community uses Mediterraneo, who have an office near Gama and Cooper's Arms. I have been part of the community for 6 years and Mediterraneo have run the community since before then. They are highly regarded by those who run our committee and the community is well managed. It seems you have a lot of good choices!

Urbagest have been our administrators for 10 years, can't recommend them highly enough. Still charge the same price that they quoted 12 years ago. Very efficient & reliable.

Our Community has used Mediterraneo since our houses were built 14 yeas ago. They have offices throughout the Costa Blanca and there is a back up staff of lawyers and other specialists. Not the cheapest around but very reliable and able to sort complex issues when necessary. Our meetings are in English but our administrator is fluent in Spanish as well as her native language of German.

Before committing to a new service, check in writing exactly what is offered in support and also the qualifications of the staff. Some smaller companies have failed after short time.
