Beach excercise

Does anyone know of any excercise activities that are beach/outside near to guardamar.

Not Guardamar but there's a Fun Bootcamp across the roundabout from Bar El Faro/Consum, Dona Pepa in the park area. It's suitable for all ages/fitness levels, just take a bottle of water and a mat. Sessions are Mon/Wed/Fri 9.30-10.30 & 17.00-18.00 Sun 10.30-11.30. Individual sessions are 5€ or 40€ (I think) for the month. I went a couple of times when we were over at Easter, they were excellent. I only put on 2.5lbs in weight that holiday instead of the usual half a stone!
