Yes it is. The glue or whatever you call it is expensive. The pool shop next to Reeves the butchers on the road leaving Torrevieja towards Quesada direction out past the big carrefour has it and they can also repair it.

We had it done several times at a cost of €200 each time by an underwater tiler. The repairs lasted only one season owing to the fact that once a mosaic comes out, the water then finds its way to the next tile and on it goes. Eventually I bit the bullet and had the base of the pool fully re-tiled and have had no problems since. Hopefully you will get away with it if it is only one tile and it hasn't been missing too long.

P.S. The adhesive that is recommended is called "Pratley Putty" it is available on ebay.

The underwater adhesive works but is only a tempory repair. We used it many times and the tiles came off again eventually. What snackman5048 said is exactly correct. We went through the same procedure, ended up draining the pool and had the job done properly.

Thanks everyone. It’s just a small mosaic that has come off. But it’s on a step and it’s very sharp, so I’ll try a quick repair and see what happens through the season. Thanks again.

Try the new swimming pool shop behind JCs country club in Quesada (under the bowling place). I bought a tube or underwater grout / adhesive from them a couple of weeks ago (think it was around 12 Euro) and it worked perfectly. Same situation as you, few tiles on the steps had come off, all sorted now!
