La Finca in Elche would be my recommendation. Have been there a few times and never been disappointed. Expect at least 100€ per head with drinks but for a special occasion well worth it. it is a little tricky to find first time but Google Maps will help. They have their own website as posted by someone else on this string.

La Vuelta Finca is our favourite local upmarket restaurant. No Michelin star but food, staff and ambience are excellent. Enjoy your anniversary

Portico Mar just off N332 on the way to Guardamar, La Cosecha turn left at Benimar, Perla Roca at the other side of the golf course or Christopher's down towards Torrevieja, also La Brisa in Quesada itself. We have been to all those restaurants frequently and we find them all very good.

If your willing to drive, there is the Grill House in the La Marina Urb. Excellent food and really nice surroudings, best to phone and make reservations.

As well as La Finca in Elche there is also Monastrell on Alicante sea front: http://monastrell.com/en/

Both have one star in the 2018 guide.
