This box has just appeared on our garden wall. Does it mean we can get Fibre Optic now? Also, I’m assuming they don’t need our permission to stick something on our wall?

Out of sheer curiosity though, does anyone have insight into one of the OP's questions... I.e. is a third party legally able to stick something on your wall without asking... in this particular instance it may well be that the benefits ( optic fibre) are so welcome that the owner of the wall is happy as dandy. Just wondering...

It looks to me to be free standing and not, attached to the wall.
But, even if it were, it’s on the outside half of the wall and, wouldn’t the council own that?

Thank you for your answers. The reason for my question was to see if anyone else has a box on their wall (none of my neighbours do). I don’t live on a Community so have no President. Yes I could go over to Rojales and to the Council to ask the questions but in the first instance I thought I’d ask you good people. I don’t want/need Fibre Optic.

The simple answer is that under the Spanish telecoms act they do not need your permission . This act gives them carte blanche to do what they want
