RIP Max Bennett - Television Technology

Max came out to me last week and was shocked to read this sad news.

The family have a very rocky road ahead of them and my thoughts and prayers are with them. There are never any words that help in such tragic circumstances. All they can now do is just take one step at a time.

I hope that this community spirit lasts for a very long time as even in a year's time this family may feel it only happened yesterday.

Yes life does go on but for this family it may feel it has stopped for many years to come. I hope they receive all the love and support they need and this continues whilst they try to make sense of the tragedy and come to terms of his passing to spirit.

So sad to hear of the loss of someone so young, but this should serve as a reminder not only to the younger generation, but to all of us to ensure that there are plans in place should anything happen to our loved ones.

Just bumping this to the top again x a very good cause to help this young man’s family give him a funeral he deserves.

Lolly - very kind & generous of you - Saskia his partner has been advised.

Those who don't use facebook, won't be able to open the link in Lolly's post - so to summarise. Kind member/s of this forum have organised a 'Dance a Thon' - on Friday 29th 3-7pm in Via Park 1 at Boccachinos (unsure of spelling) - with games, competitions, fun dance class and Dance Junction Disco until 7pm.

A big thank you to the decent caring members of this forum - it's really quite amazing/touching to see how many people have popped up to help or donate, during a very difficult time.
