New Golf Clubhouse?

The Land on the Golf Course opposite the EL Pirata and Shenanigans would make a great clubhouse Bar/Hotel over a couple of floors, any views or infomation?

Because, compared to many other golf clubs in the area the Marquesa clubhouse is not up to scratch.

It is earmarked for adventure golf and small bar apparently with a small stage for presentations. The land next to the petrol station was getting measured up today. Next rumour please.!!!

We use the club house on a regular basis,perfect for us,lovely food followed by drinks & a dip in the chill out bar,superb,no pleasing some people

Sorry Rodt....I thought the Resturant is privatley leased and the back terrace and pool bar are rented all under the same ownership (Hardys),but not operated by the Golf club.And for the record I use it , so I am pleased!...

The Clubhouse restaurant has nothing to do with the Club House from a golfing perspective. I like the restaurant, so contrary to what you think, it does please me.
The golf club house, however, is not up to scratch as compared to the other decent courses in the Alicante area and I can well imagine that an improved version could well be on the cards.
