Where can I get a Helium Balloon filled?

Hello, my sister has sent me a Helium Balloon for my husband’s birthday and I need it filling up. Is there anywhere in Quesada that I can do this please?

Think it’s called the post box. In the little alley behind the arches petrol station on los arcos. They advertise things like that although I’m not sure if you have to buy one of their balloons

Regarding the advice given to you about your helium balloon, obviously Doha cant speak highly enough about them.

Where can I get a Helium Balloon filled?
