Hi,

We have our dog with us and would appreciate readers suggestions for good dog walking places in Quesada, or neighboring areas.

Thanks

Hi
El Recorral is a great place to take your dog. Plenty of space.

Nice walk along the bank of the river Segura, the track can be accessed on the road from Algorfa to Almoradi.

Hi
There's a fenced off dog walking area not far from Consum in Lo Marabu, Dona Pepa, Quesada.
There is a dog litter bin there and usually poo bags too.
The dogs are supposed to stay on a lead, although when the area is not being used by other dogs I've seen owners letting their dog have a run around.

The doggy area is near where Calle Salamanca crosses the Avda de Malaga.

Hope this helps.

if you use the doggie park, please don't let your doggie drink from the big water containers...they do not drain properly and I cleared some algae last week....if you take a bowl with you, turn on taps and let water run before filling it and the water is OK. Enjoy your walks xx

El reccoral has water stations as well as great walks.
Also try the 'pink'lake at St luis...or guadamar park

Guadamar Dog Park is a great place for dogs. It has two secure fenced areas for dogs. Very clean and nice fresh water. Met some really lovely dog owners on there as well. Enjoy your dog walks.

The Natural Park at La Mata might be a bit of a drive away but is a a great place for your dog to roam. Do a google search on "dog walks Quesada" and that should give you a start.
