There are windows installed on the other side (So opposite to the gym) Been installed last couple of days...... It's similar to the big one down past the arches heading toward Benijofar

Well I wouldn't mind a Chinese restaurant there as our apartment is just down the road. Don't know what the atmosphere would be like without many windows though.
