how do I register my car to my spanish holiday address?

Hi! Need some advice. Have a holiday home in Quesada, my second house, bought and sold recently. I have a car here and don't know how to change it's registration address for traffic fines etc.


Got done parking some years ago and because I wasn't here to get the letters it mounted up to €250! Heaven know what would happen if I'm not getting any letters at all!



Seems I've managed the SUMA (tax demand is coming to new address) but, as much as I know, Tax and Traffic departments are not so well joined up so am concerned about not getting parking tickets and speeding radar fines - if I get done again!


I don't have a padron as not a full time resident...any ideas?

if your : cars registered to you when you bought it and you were living at current address your suma etc for car will find you,
I bought a car, did the process thru a gestor , and the suma automatically came out of my bank,when it was due, as if bye magic!
or contact traffico and regerist it thru them
