THANK YOU TO ALL WHO SENT A PM - PROPERTY NOW LET


Long term (initially 12 months) rental available from October 2018. Two bed, 1 and 1/2 bath, Fortuna style town house in Donna Pepa 1.
This town house is furnished to a modern standard (not usual rental furnishings), there are two double bedrooms (one room has twin beds), an independent kitchen, a glass curtained naya, and front and rear garden.
The house it is on a lovely conjunta with a very large communual pool, well tended gardens and UK TV, it is also near to all amenities.
Rent is 500€ plus bills per month.
I am advertising for a friend and will be happy to answer any queries or questions if you PM me.

we are renting for the winter in dona pepa and will be looking for qa long term rental from april 19 for 12 months and longer if possible can you let me know if and when this property becomes available (have you any pictures)

John thank you for the enquiry, the let is from October 2018, will not be available to suit your timetable.

Hi,
the house is furnished to a modern standard ,,, Can you tell me what that is please ?

Does that mean it has Ikea fitting and a fridge freezer instead of Fred flint-stone furnishing and a cold slab in a larder cupboard :)

Also are pets allowed please.

Is the maintenance of the well tendered garden included in the rent.

I am inquiring on behalf of a friend who is in Spain ATM, they have also asked would you except 450p/m if they paid 12 months in advance assuming they like the place ?

They dont have a pet as yet, But you know what 'some' of us Brits are like, Move to Spain, next thing you know 3 dogs and a donkey and a cat that can live down by the bin !

Oh, and What is the deposit please?
