WANTED - BOAT MOORING FOR SALE or RENT

Urgently required, (Before September 30th) Boat Mooring in Guardamar Del Segura, (Marina De Las Dunas), has to be minimum 8Mx3M, Looking initially for 12 month rental but would consider outright purchase.

Have you actually inquired at the marina office? I haven't been down there recently, but there were plenty of empty spaces the last time I walked round.

Hi Harry, Thanks for your reply. I have tried the Marina Office, they charge €2486 per year for an 8x3, it was they who told me to try find an 'owner' who is renting out their own mooring and the 'going rate' for an 8x3 should be between €1600 & €1800 per year. We're currently in Torrevieja which is 'only' €1300 per year, plus tax, plus electricity, plus water, plus parking whereas at Guardamar it's 'all in'.

I understand your frustration Flynne, boats are expensive hobbies, especially when you divide times used in to annual costs. However having had boats moored first in Campoamor and then Guardamar, the close proximity of Guardamar meant it was much more convenient to take the boat out more often, therefore I got more useage for my annual costs. Good luck with your search though, well worth a try. As they say, "if you ain't in it you can't win it". All the best. Harry

We got our mooring on the Milanuncios website 900€ for the year
