Pepto Bismol & Emergency Dr

Does anybody know if there is a Spanish equivalent to Pepto Bismol please?
I have acute diarrhoea and also wondered what the procedure is for a Dr at weekend, I believe there is a walk in centre and I do have a SIP card but not sure where.

The pharmacy will help you and you could ask for some imodium. If you have had it for a few days then it would be better to see someone but if not imodium should help.

There is an equivalent to pepto bismol. Your local farmacia will advise you on that. Health centres are open 24/7.
Your SIP Card is a very important document.
Look after it.
Store the number on your phone.

Rojales is a good health centre...

.. don't forget to drink a lot of water otherwise you will dehydrate..

Rojales health centre is open 24/7, but Lo Maribu isn't.

I usually go to Algorfa medical centre but not sure whether it opens today.
Going to go to the farmacia first.

If your usual medical centre is in Algorfa then you should go to the 24 hour centre in Calle Mayor in Almoradi.
