Yes there is a telecable office in la siesta. I would also be interested in comments from present or past customers as their google maps rating is shocking, especially for wimax based services. Not sure if the fibre is any good.

Live at the hotel La Laguna end of Dona Pepa, h e had Telecable Phone and internet now for 5 years, never had a problem, upgraded to 8 meg a couple of years ago, no problems, more often than not we get Nearer 10 meg. I think it depends what area you live as we have friend's that have problems with different companies.

I am with them for just over 2 years now, yes they do have a stop start system. My internet drops quite regular, been checked loads of times, even phone gone off, but I have got used to it.

We have been with Telecable for a few years now.
Service is ok not brilliant. The la Siesta office is generally
Very helpful. They do operate a holiday system. You
Can switch to standby when you are not there about
8 Euro a month. Biggest problem is evening viewing
Tends to dip in and out a bit. Otherwise decent company
Main office is in Santa Pola

I change to Telecable nearly 3 years ago because my previous company was rubbish.
Had a couple of minor Telecable problems, but generally I'm happy. My basic internet is only €18 a month.
