Gluten free flour

Hi
I’ve cheched out several supermarkets re gluten free goods, I was told Mercadona had a good selection but alas it was poor, the flour is in 1k bags.

I only need a small amount for thickening agent since I’ve people coming for Christmas, if anyone knows of a good shop I would be grateful.

Carr4 isn’t too bad, Consum have a few bits.

Mostly I see biscuits, bread, spaghetti.

a bit of cornflour should be okay as it is gluten free...

Agree with Mondo pop into Lidl they do a large box it's only 70 cents! Ps it makes cracking Yorkshire pudding enjoy!
