Permanent residence

We are entitled to claim PERMANENT RESIDENCE here in Spain, what is involved and what is the cost?

Exactly the same as applying for residency.
Same form and tick the bit at the bottom that says
Residencia Permanente
Residencia continuada en España durante 5 años

Then make your appointment with the National Police or a foreigners' office. The application fee is about €11.
