500mg naproxen available at all pharmacies---- take with care, with or after food or with omeprazole.

I buy Naproxen over the counter at our Farmacia in Benijofar for 4.70 euros, no problem, just show them the old box.

Take care to note the strength of any over the counter medicines you buy from a Spanish pharmacy. My wife popped a couple of ibuprofen for back pain last week, not even thinking they were any different to the ones we buy in the UK at 200mg each. Unfortunately, the Spanish version were 600mg each, so she'd taken 1200mg instead of 400mg. They made her sick - just as well really, as they could have caused stomach bleeding.
