can anyone who has Fibre Optic answer this please?

We’ve now had Fibre Optic installed in our street. We have a lovely tiled landscaped garden. Would they have to dig up our nice tiles to instal it?

It depends.
Presumably, there are some service boxes at the edge of your property that have utilities such as electricity and maybe telephone connections in them?
If so, it’s usually possible to run the fibre optic cable through the conduits that run from your property to these boxes without the need to dig anything up.

When I wanted fibre fitting, I did a bit of research beforehand. We have. Door entry system on our outside wall, and a small plastic connection box on the inside of the same wall. Wires run from this up to our living room, into a large connection box. I was able to figure out which conduit ran from the outside wall to the living room, and showed the installation engineers which route to use to get the fibre optic to where we wanted it.

Most properties on donna pepa have a conduit from the phone access point outside your property to inside the house , most fibre installers will use this if possible.

We have had fibre optic put in by Meganet and there was no alteration to,our property whatsoever

We have just had telfy instal fibre. They use the poles already in the street and just strung a cable from pole to our roof and into house. More than happy with it.

Thank you for your replies. We actually have a Telfy Box affixed to our garden wall so hopefully that will help.

Bear in mind that Meganet are a lot cheaper than Telfy for same product. They usually use existing Telefonica conduit
