Forum taking for ever to load these days

Whoops! Meant Chrome of course.
And no problems with speed on this site at all. ISP is DVBLab.

There is apparently a global internet outage affecting many people around the world - I wonder if this may be the problem. Let me know if any slowness has been happening before today

Chrome, Edge, Mozilla Firefox etc are the Internet Service Providers that connect you to the internet.
Once on, you can use a search engine such as Google, Yahoo, Bing and so on to look for items.
But it's the ISP that connects you to use everything.
Edge is Microsoft and comes bundled with Windows. Chrome, full name Google Chrome, is provided by Google and if you use that you can set it to automatically translate Spanish to English.

ISP full name is Google Chrome.

I switch laptop on,
click on a big blue e with a yellow circle round it,with 64bit internet explorer ,written underneath,
then Google page comes up ,
then I click on favourites button a list of my favourites drops down ,
then I click on talk Quesada, and wait and wait and wait,
what am I doing wrong , its worked perfectly in the past, until the last few days,

Microsoft Edge will translate as well as Chrome
