Do you mean clay for modelling/sculpting/pottery etc. that has to be fired?
If so you'll have to go to Agost - about 45 mins drive inland - which is where they dig and dry the clay and also have the large kilns for later firing as well.
I use La Navá to get mine and Agost has a website showing all their clay potteries at http://www.agostfetama.es/index.php/en/
