I understand that there are new owners, but are retaining staff so service and food quality should stay the same.

We went there last week and met the new owners who said they are just going to carry on with the same staff etc so the quality of food etc should remain the same. Our favourite restaurant in Quesada. Val.

New owners are lovely, they took over a couple of weeks ago and are doing a fantastic job. We eat there regularly and as specified earlier chef and staff are unchanged and quality of food remains excellent. They are both very friendly and seem determined to maintain the high standards.

George is still working there, but just to help the new owners learn the ropes and introduce them to regular customers, suppliers, entertainers etc, there is a lot involved. I believe he plans on leaving before Christmas.
