Complaint book for business

Can anyone tell me the name of the complaint book all business must have in Spain and do you have to be physically in Spain to complain. Thanks

You have to fill in the complaint form at the business premises because the owner keeps a copy and you take a copy. I believe it is in 3 parts and will have to be completed in Spanish.

I had occasion to do this a couple of years ago when I was sold a faulty car. My lawyer said it was ok to write it in English as the court would translate if necessary I did this and got my money back

I think that it is libro (book) de reclamation. Has to be signed on premises.
