FREE Toll Roads!

As from today many Toll roads are FREE! so do check which ones, you could save quite a bit!

The contracts with the companies that run the toll roads are up. The government is not renewing them or the companies don't want to renew them as they are losing money.

It doesn't, unfortunately, apply to the AP7 from here to Zenia Boulevard as yet. I think that's got at least a year to run but could be longer.
It will apply if you go on the other bit of the AP7 up to Benidorm and further, though.

N332 have said regarding the AP7 .. yes but not this year.

This is all speculation. There have been no decisions made yet. True , the contracts are up and the control is being handed over to local government. It wont be until at least next year until we know what is going to happen. It would be a big plus for all of us if it did happen , but funding has to be made from somewhere for the upkeep, so dont hold your breath.
