Have had a look at burner, door wont lift off and nut inside is solid, guess i will just have to keep whacking it to close it. not a good choice i know,

Went to use the fire today and the glass had a crack in it, any idea how much we should expect to pay to have it replaced. The last one was around 100 or just over, thought that was expensive? Also, best place. Thank you.

Could you have rotated the handle right around.
Sometimes if you rotate the handle a complete circle it self tightens
