New bar in Dona pepa

i saw today a new bar is opening in dona pepa between coopers and la vida I think it was a hair stylist before , I'm all for new bars but does it need one there ,I know competition is good but I'm not sure one is required there , but hey ho it will be fun trying it out Sign says opening March

Good thing if they have, as they often get busy in higher season and will give them more space. Better than a having another bar competing for customers with La Vida and Pepas bars (which are both nice places).

Definitely. When I read the original post I thought could a new bar compete with La Vida & Coopers? If it failed would La Vida knock through? If it is La Vida doing it, it would be great - more indoor & outdoor space.

Yes la Vida great bar gets packed out more space would be great.

This bar is independent of La Vida, La Vida is changing hands this week! Graham who is working behind the bar is taking over, The new bar is being opened by a publican from London.
