Is it true the Spanish government have increased diesel fuel tax by 12c a litre from today

Just filled up and still at e1.09 at Quesada gas and the new station behind jysk ..but for how much longer ……….?????

I may be wrong but I thought it was a percentage increase on the TAX part of diesel which would only mean a marginal change to the overall price. The price at the pumps has went down if anything. Aw well need to go back and sit in this glorious weather. Happy belated new year to everyone.

Nothing changed at the pump today, €1.099

Although, even if it had been a percentage increase on the overall price, I couldn't see the Spanish getting on their yellow vests and rioting
