My satellite decoder has now given up and I now require a new one. Can anyone recommend a good make not expensive that can download freesat channels, and where to buy?

Ive just found out theat I did not need a decoder The satellite feed plugs in direct to tv I have now 545 channels to watch

If your tv set is fairly modern you may have a decoder built into the tv.
If it has a silver connection with a screw thread next to the normal aerial connection it should have a decoder built in.
If so connect the dish lead directly to the tv, in the tv settings, do a channel scan and it should pick up the channels you want.

Thanks very much for your input.I realised that I bought a new Smart Tv about a year ago which I linked to the old GSI decoder.I read somewhere onthis site that you could link the satellite system to the Tv directly and voila it worked.
