Background
My wife’s FreeGo Electric bike battery has unfortunately packed up and will not charge. This month we found out FreeGo has gone into liquidation but thankfully we have been able to locate and buy a new battery from Portswood Cycles in Southampton today. Our daughter has just collected it and lives in Horndean just outside Portsmouth.

Our Request,
Is anyone driving back from Portsmouth to this area in the next couple of weeks that would kindly bring the battery over for us.

Have you considered sending it My Hermes? They now deliver to Spain.

Avoid Hermes /Correos like the plague, based on the last recent 2 experiences you'll never see it , and don't bother to use Hermes complaint system , absolutely useless …!!!!

Try parcels2go great service and very cheap, we sent a large mirror over for only £15. They pick up at your UK address and deliver to you home in spain within a few days.
